These Terms govern your use of Trading Tracker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Trading Tracker is a personal trade-journaling and research tool for stock and options traders. It is not a brokerage and does not execute orders, hold funds, or provide investment advice. All data you record is your own.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Anything you see in the Service — including imported quotes, news, screener results, alerts, or tax estimates — is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and tax filings.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another user's data; (b) attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure; (c) use the Service to abuse third-party API providers; (d) submit unlawful content; or (e) attempt to reverse-engineer authentication or rate-limiting mechanisms.
The Service displays market data sourced from third parties (Finnhub, Polygon, Tradier, Alpha Vantage, NewsAPI, etc.). Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty regarding its timeliness or accuracy.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor any third party providing data to the Service will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities — arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in-product or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
